Ingredients for 4 persons):
- 2 cups couscous
- 1 each yellow & red pepper
- 1 pc. perennial celery
- 4 pcs. bush tomatoes
- 1x chicken breast
- Salt, pepper, chili flakes, mixed cinnamon, paprika powder, spring onion
Preparation:
Wash all ingredients, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Then heat some olive oil in the wok. First, fry the chicken breast pieces until golden brown, then add the pepper pieces and fry them too. Add the celery pieces and reduce the heat slightly, then add the tomato pieces and season everything (depending on your taste – hot or sweet). If necessary, add some vegetable broth. Put the couscous in a bowl and pour twice as much boiling water over it and let it swell for about 10 minutes. Place the couscous in a small bowl and press it down a little with a spoon. Turn the bowl out onto a plate and arrange the chicken and vegetable pan on the side of the plate. Decorate with finely chopped spring onions and enjoy!
